Welcome to the Central PA Behavioral Health Collaborative (CPBHC), Inc., dba Blair HealthChoices. We provide an integrated behavioral health program that offers access to quality, cost-efficient services and support. Blair HealthChoices contracts with the Department of Human Services to administer the Behavioral Health HealthChoices Program in Blair County. HealthChoices is the name of Pennsylvania’s managed care programs for Medical Assistance recipients. Through a subcontract with a Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization, recipients receive quality health care and timely access to appropriate mental health and/or drug and alcohol services.

High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is a unique, team-based planning process that engages youth and families.
System of Care
System of Care (SOC) is a national initiative under the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration with a focus on improving behavioral health outcomes for children and their families.
Blair County SOC is a new initiative with a goal of uniting youth, families, providers, and system partners to create an environment where youth and family voice is at the center of our work and all systems can partner to improve services and supports across the county.
