Vision
The Central PA Behavioral Health Collaborative, Inc. Members and Board of Directors share the vision that persons with mental health and substance abuse needs will have access to quality behavioral health services, and that these services will improve their opportunities for recovery and growth, for exercising choice and control in their lives and to use their strengths and abilities as a member of their family and the community.
Mission Statement
The Central PA Behavioral Health Collaborative, Inc. has adopted a mission statement that represents the foundation of what the public behavioral health service system must emulate. This mission is succinctly stated as follows: The Central PA Behavioral Health Collaborative will implement an integrated behavioral health program that offers access to quality, cost-efficient services and supports.
